Entirety Clause. Except as modified below, the Employer and the Union agree that the terms and provisions herein contained constitute the entire Agreement between the parties and supersede all previous communications, representations or agreements, either verbal or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter herein. The Employer and the Union agree that all negotiable items have been discussed during the negotiations leading to this Agreement and, therefore, agree that negotiations will not be reopened on any item during the life of this Agreement except as provided in Article 54, Duration, or by mutual consent.
