Common use of Entire Understanding Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings among the parties.

This Agreement sets forth contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements, arrangements and understandings among the parties.
