Entire License. 21.1. It is agreed and understood that this License (including the schedules referred to herein, which are hereby incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire License between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior arrangements, proposals, understandings and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties or their predecessors with respect to the subject matter of this License.
Entire License. This License replaces any previously granted license for the Product. This License constitutes the entire, final and exclusive agreement between you and Noemax with respect to the Product or any other subject matter covered by this License. This License supersedes in their entirety any and all prior agreements, license exemptions, purchase orders, understandings and other communications, whether written or oral, between you and Noemax or any third party with respect to the Product, its use or its performance. If any provision of this License is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of the provisions of this License will remain in full force and effect.
Entire License. This License and the documents referred to within, contain the entire understanding and agreement of EMRA and the Company with respect to the subject matter of this License and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings as between EMRA and the Company except where noted herein. All annexes, schedules and exhibits to this License are incorporated by reference and form part of this License.

Entire License. This License constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior communications, understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.

This Amended SS Products License, whose terms comprise Schedule 9.1.1 of the 2000 Amendment to the 0000 XX Agreement and 1997 Amendment thereto between AGD and AVI, constitutes the entire license pertaining to SS Products and supercedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties in connection therewith. No covenant, representation or condition not expressed in this Amended SS Products License will affect or be effective to interpret, change or restrict, the express provisions of this Amended SS Products License.

This amended DPI license, whose terms comprise Schedule 9.1.2 of the 2000 Amendment to the 1997 Amendment and the 0000 XX Agreement between AGD and AVI, constitutes the entire license pertaining to DPI and supercedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties in connection therewith. No covenant, representation or condition not expressed in this amended DPI license will affect or be effective to interpret, change or restrict, the express provisions of this amended DPI license.
