Entire Lease. All promises the LANDLORD has made are contained in this written Lease. This Lease can only be changed by an agreement in writing by both the TENANT and the LANDLORD.
Entire Lease. This Agreement, together with the other Lease Documents, constitute the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee with respect to the lease of the Equipment. No waiver or amendment of, or any consent with respect to, any provision of any Lease Document shall bind either party unless set forth in a writing, specifying such waiver, consent, or amendment, signed by both parties. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY GRANTED TO LESSEE IN ANY LEASE DOCUMENT, LESSEE HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR REMEDIES CONFERRED UPON A LESSEE UNDER THE CODE OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW OR STATUTE, WITH RESPECT TO A DEFAULT BY LESSOR UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY LEASE. Each FMV Lease is intended by the parties as a "finance lease" under the Code.
Entire Lease. It is expressly agreed by Tenant, as a material consideration for the execution of this Lease, that this Lease is the entire agreement of the parties; that there are, and were, no oral representations, warranties, understandings, stipulations, agreements or promises pertaining to this Lease not incorporated in writing in this Lease. This Lease may not be altered, waived, amended or extended except by an instrument in writing executed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant in the same manner as the execution and delivery of this Lease. Landlord and Tenant expressly agree that there are and shall be no implied warranties of merchantability, habitability, fitness for a particular purpose or of any other kind arising out of this Lease and there are no warranties which extend beyond those expressly set forth in this Lease.
Entire Lease. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior contemporaneous written or oral agreements and representations between the parties with respect thereto.

Entire Lease. This Lease (including all Appendices) and the other Operative Documents executed pursuant hereto constitute the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee regarding the Aircraft and any prior or contemporaneous written or oral understandings with regard to the subject matter hereof are superseded hereby in their entirety.

No waiver, consent, modification or change of terms of this Lease shall bind either party unless in writing signed by both parties, and then such waiver, consent, modification or change shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given. There are no understanding, agreements, representations or warranties, express or implied, not specified therein regarding any Lease or the Equipment leased thereunder. Any terms and conditions of any purchase order or other document (with the exception of Supplements) submitted by Lessee in connection with any Lease which are in addition to or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of such Lease will not be binding on Lessor and will not apply to the Lease. Entire Lease. This Lease terminates and replaces all prior agreements, either written, oral, or implied, between the parties hereto and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

No representative, agent or employee of Landlord has been authorized to make any representations or promises with reference to the within letting or to vary, alter or modify the terms hereof. No additions, changes or modifications, renewals or extensions hereof shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by Landlord and Tenant.
