Entire Contract; Amendments. This Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto, as amended from time to time, shall constitute the entire contract between the Partners, and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties hereto relating to the ownership of the Restaurants, and there are no other or further agreements outstanding not specifically mentioned herein; provided, however, that the Partners may agree to amend and/or supplement this Agreement from time to time by written instrument executed by all Partners. Any and all consents required under this Agreement must be in writing.
Entire Contract; Amendments. This contract, together with the specifications in the bid request (if any) and referenced parts and attachments, shall constitute the entire agreement and previous communications or agreements pertaining to the subject matter of this contract are hereby superseded. Entire Contract; Amendments. This Contract is the complete agreement between Delta Dental and the Group. This Contract may not be orally amended or changed. This Contract may at any time be amended and changed by written agreement between Delta Dental and the Group. Any such amendment will be binding on all Subscribers regardless of the date their coverage became effective or the date treatment was Started.

No verbal agreement or conversation with any officer, agent, or employee of Buyer, either before or after execution of the Contract, shall affect or modify or add to any of its terms or any of the obligations contained in any document or instrument included in the Contract.
