Common use of Entire Contract; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Contract; Amendment. This CONTRACT and any attachments constitute the entire CONTRACT among the parties to it and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understanding or CONTRACT with respect to the services contemplated, and may be amended only by a written amendment executed by both parties. Should the CONTRACT terms conflict with any amendments attached hereto, this CONTRACT shall govern.
