Entire Binding Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other oral or written representations and understandings. This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a writing signed in advance by the parties. This Agreement is binding upon the successors, assigns and legal representatives of the parties, and protects Confidential Information of any successors or assigns of the Seller.
Entire Binding Agreement. This is a legally binding document. If not understood, seek legal advice. By signing this Lease, Xxxxxx certifies that Xxxxxx has read, understood and agrees to comply to all terms, conditions, bylaws, covenants, restrictions, rules and regulations including any Addenda attached hereto. This Lease represents the entire agreement and any amendments or revisions must be made in writing, signed by all parties and attached hereto. All terms and conditions of this Lease shall be binding to Tenant, Landlord, their heirs, assigns and legal successors.
Entire Binding Agreement. This Agreement, which includes the attached Appendices A (Patent Rights), B (Royalty Statement), C (Licensee Contact Information), and D (Stock Issuance Agreement), and E (Associated Technology) embodies the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous communications, representations or understandings, either oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement is not binding on the parties until it has been signed below on behalf of each party and is then effective as of the Effective Date. No amendment or modification of this Agreement is valid or binding on the parties unless made in writing and signed on behalf of each party. In case any of the provisions contained in this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not affect any other provisions of this Agreement and such unenforceable provision shall be modified so that it is valid, legal, and enforceable and, to the fullest extent possible, reflects the intention of the parties.
Entire Binding Agreement. This Unit Warrant represents the ------------------------- entire agreement between the parties. No change, alteration, or other modification hereof may be made except by a further written agreement, duly executed by the parties hereto. No oral agreement or understanding, express or implied, shall invalidate, empower or affect this written Agreement. By acceptance of this Unit Warrant, the Holder agrees to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.

By acceptance of this Warrant Agreement, the Holder agrees to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
Entire Binding Agreement. This written instrument, including the additional terms and conditions set forth on the reverse, expresses the entire agreement and all promises, covenants, and warranties between the Buyer and Broker. It can be changed only by a subsequently written instrument signed by both parties.
Entire Binding Agreement. This Lease together with the Exhibits, if any, contains all of the agreements between the parties to this Lease and it may not be modified in any manner other than by agreement in writing signed by all the Parties or their successors in interest.
Entire Binding Agreement. This agreement is subject to the agreement dated October 19, 1999, by and between the Company and the Holder, of which agreement this agreement is a part.
Entire Binding Agreement. This Settlement Agreement, with its incorporation of Exhibit 1, represents the entire understanding and agreement among the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and cannot be amended, supplemented or changed in any respect, except by a written instrument signed by the Parties. This Settlement Agreement, with its incorporation of Exhibit , supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements or representations, written or verbal, by or between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The Parties acknowledge and agree that there are no other oral understandings representations or agreements between them regarding the subject matter of this Settlement Agreement.
Entire Binding Agreement. It is expressly agreed between the parties that this Agreement, together with any attachments hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and there are no other conditions, reservations, or oral agreements of any kind regarding the purchase and sale agreed upon which are not contained herein. Any modifications or addendum of or to this Agreement must be in writing and be signed by both parties to this Agreement.
