Entire Award. Amendment This Award Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the terms and supersede all prior written or oral negotiations, commitments, representations and agreements with respect thereto. The terms and conditions set forth in this Award Agreement may only be modified or amended in writing, signed by both parties. Section 17. Severability In the event any one or more of the provisions of this Award Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, such provision or provisions shall be automatically deemed amended, but only to the extent necessary to render such provision or provisions valid, legal and enforceable in such jurisdiction, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Award Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Section 18.
Entire Award. Except for any written employment agreement that is subject to the provisions of the part of this Award that is entitled “Effect of Employment Agreement,” (a) this Award and the Plan supersede any other agreement, whether written or oral, that may have been made or entered into by the Employer and the Employee relating to the Shares that are subject to this Award, (b) this Award and the Plan constitute the entire agreement by the parties with respect to such matters, and (c) there are no agreements or commitments except as set forth herein and in the Plan.
Entire Award. This Award and the Plan supersede any other agreement, whether written or oral, that may have been made or entered into by the Employer and the Employee relating to the Units that are subject to this Award and any Shares that may be payable with respect to such Units. Further, this Award and the Plan constitute the entire agreement by the parties related to such matters and there are no agreements or commitments except as set forth herein and in the Plan.
Entire Award. This Award (and the certificate, if any, issued to the Recipient with respect to the Shares) together with the Share Incentive Plan, the Master Exchange Agreement and the KEYSOP constitute the whole agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior oral and written communications and agreements, and all contemporaneous oral communications and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Entire Award. In the event that the Property, Building, or any part thereof, or the Premises or any part thereof, shall be taken in condemnation proceedings or by the exercise of any right of eminent domain or by agreement between the Landlord on the one hand and any governmental authority authorized to exercise such right on the other hand, the Landlord shall be entitled to collect from any condemnor the entire award or awards that may be made in any such proceeding.
Entire Award. The Plan and this Award constitute the entire contract between the parties hereto with regard to the subject matter hereof.
