Common use of Entire and Sole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire and Sole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications with respect hereto, all of which are merged herein.
