Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT;AMENDMENT Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT;AMENDMENT. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents constitute the entire agreement between Borrower and Bank with respect to each credit subject hereto and supersede all prior negotiations, communications, discussions and correspondence concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing signed by each party hereto.
