ENTIRE AGREEMENT;AMENDMENT. This Lease and the exhibits and schedules attached hereto constitute the entire agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant with respect to the subject matter of this Lease and supersede any and all prior understandings, agreements or representations by or between the Landlord and the Tenant, whether written or oral, related in any way to the subject matter of this Lease. This Lease may be amended or modified only if done in writing and signed by the Landlord and the Tenant.
