Entire Agreement; Severability. 25.1 This Agreement, including Schedules, Addenda, and Exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous proposals, agreements, contracts, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No change, termination, modification, or waiver of any term or condition of the Agreement shall be valid unless in writing signed by each party. No such writing shall be effective as against Investor Services Group unless said writing is executed by a Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, or President of Investor Services Group. A party's waiver of a breach of any term or condition in the Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or another term or condition.
