Common use of Entire Agreement; Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Interpretation. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations, communications, writings, and understandings. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the OTCQB Agreement and the Attachments, the OTCQB Agreement will prevail over the Attachments. The use of the singular in the Agreement shall include the plural, and vice versa. Section headings are included for convenience only and are not to be used to construe or interpret the Agreement.
