Entire Agreement; Enforceability. This Agreement and the Transaction Documents, including the Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto and thereto: (i) constitute the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the Transactions and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties, with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof; and (ii) shall be binding upon, and are solely for the benefit of each party hereto and nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any other Person any rights or remedy of any nature whatsoever hereunder or by reason of this Agreement or any of the Transaction Documents.
Entire Agreement; Enforceability. When signed and approved by the Miss Type Organization Name Organization, this Application and Contract, together with its attachments, shall solely and exclusively determine my rights, privileges and responsibilities to the Miss Type Organization Name Organization. No oral or other written statement that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this Application and Contract shall be binding upon me or upon the Miss Type Organization Name Organization. If any provision of this Application and Contract should be declared void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed omitted from this Application and Contract. In that event, the remainder of this Application and Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement; Enforceability. This Agreement, including any recitals and any attached Exhibits, all of which are made a part of this Agreement, contains the entire agreement of the parties concerning this subject matter. This Agreement should be read carefully because only those terms in writing in this Agreement are enforceable. No other terms or oral promises which are not in this Agreement may be legally enforced, and no promises, projections, inducements or representations made before the Execution Date will change the terms of this Agreement or be binding on any party. No promises or other terms shall be implied in this Agreement.
Entire Agreement; Enforceability. This Agreement and its Exhibits and Addendums and the terms referenced herein contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, inducements, or conditions, express or implied, oral or written, with respect to that subject matter. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
Entire Agreement; Enforceability. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the matters covered in it and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous understanding, agreement, or communication between you and us, whether written or oral, regarding the matters covered in it and may not be modified or amended except by a writing agreed to by you and us. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.

When signed and approved by the Local or State Organization, this Agreement, together with its attachments, shall solely and exclusively determine Contestant’s rights, privileges and responsibilities to the Local or State Organization. No oral or other written statement that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon Contestant or upon the Local or State Organization. If any provision of this Agreement should be declared void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed omitted from this Agreement. In that event, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
