ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement (“Entire Agreement”) of the parties and supercedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement by and between the parties, except Stock Option Agreements as discussed herein. The Entire Agreement can be modified only by a written instrument executed by EMPLOYEE and EMPLOYER’S President, on behalf of the EMPLOYER. Section Headings in this Agreement are included herein for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement for any other purpose.
