This Agreement may not be changed or modified, except by an agreement in writing signed by each of the parties hereto.

This Agreement contains Agreement, including the entire Statements of Work hereunder, is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement and understanding of the parties hereto relating Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, hereof and supersedes and merges and supersedes all prior and or contemporaneous discussions, agreements communications and understandings of every nature between the parties hereto relating Parties. No modification of or amendment to the employment of the Employee with the Company. This Agreement may not be changed or modified, amended except by an agreement in a writing signed by each of you and the parties heretoCompany.

Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, and merges supersedes any prior agreements, undertakings, commitments and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous discussions, agreements and understandings of every nature between the parties hereto practices relating to the employment subject matter thereof. The foregoing does not affect the LLC Agreement, which covers a different subject matter. No amendment or modification of the Employee with the Company. This terms of this Agreement may not shall be changed or modifiedvalid unless made in writing and signed by Executive and, except on behalf of Employer, by an agreement in writing signed individual expressly so authorized by each of the parties heretoBoard.

This Agreement may not be changed or modified, except by an agreement in writing signed by each of the parties hereto.

This Agreement (including the exhibits and schedules annexed hereto) contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto relating with respect to the subject matter hereofmatters covered herein and therein and, and merges and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous discussionsexcept as specifically set forth herein or therein, agreements and understandings neither the Company nor the Subscriber makes any representation, warranty, covenant or undertaking with respect to such matters. No provision of every nature between the parties hereto relating to the employment of the Employee with the Company.
