This Agreement contains and the various exhibits hereto and thereto, contain the entire agreement between understanding of the parties with respect to the its subject matter hereof matter, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandingsneither this Agreement nor any part of it may in any way be altered, oral amended, extended, waived, discharged or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
