Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties pertaining with respect to the subject matter contained herein hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and/or agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties which relate to written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of to this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by the a duly authorized officer of both Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. No supplement, modification or amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all of the Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes sets forth the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining with respect to the subject matter contained set forth herein and supersedes all prior discussions and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of negotiations between the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreementwith respect thereto. No supplement, amendment or modification of to this Agreement shall be binding effective unless executed set forth in a writing signed by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinan authorized signatory of each Party.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes supersedes all prior discussions and agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and contains the sole and entire agreement between the Parties pertaining and their Affiliates with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the hereof. This Agreement may be varied, amended or extended only by the written agreement of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinspecifically referring to this Agreement.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and exclusive Agreement between the Parties pertaining parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein hereof and supersedes and cancels all prior and contemporaneous previous discussions, agreements, representations commitments and understandings of writings in respect thereof except the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Development and Supply Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of addition to this Agreement shall be binding effective unless reduced to writing and executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinauthorized representatives of the parties.
