ENTICEMENT. For a period of one (1) year after the termination of employment with the Company, Employee will not hire or attempt to hire any employee of the Company, or assist in such hiring by anyone else, to work as an employee or independent contractor with any business that is competitive with that in which the Company was engaged or planned to engage on the date of the Employee's termination from the Company.
ENTICEMENT. 35.1 The parties undertake that they shall not without the other parties' prior written consent either during or after expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason engage, employ or otherwise solicit for employment any person who during the continuance of this Agreement was an employee or engaged by or on behalf of the other Parties.
ENTICEMENT. Affiliates may not promote or entice new Affiliates by providing false projections to lure Affiliates to be a part of the NFT Artist Management community. This is grounds for immediate suspension and possible termination.
ENTICEMENT. For the length of performance of the Contract and within twelve (12) months following the end of the performance of the Contract, the Client shall not make any application and/or enticement of ClaraVista’s staff, unless explicit and prior written agreement from ClaraVista. Should this obligation not be complied with, the Customer shall pay to ClaraVista a compensation equal to one (1) year of the average daily rate of the staff concerned.
ENTICEMENT. Neither Party shall during the term of this Agreement, or for a period of 12 (TWELVE) months after termination and/or expiration thereof, persuade, induce, encourage or procure any employee employed by the other Party to terminate such employment or become employed by, or directly or indirectly in any way interested in or associated with any person, firm or business of the kind conducted by the other Party.

The Executive shall not either during the Appointment or within the Restricted Period whether alone or jointly with any other person firm or company endeavour to entice away from the Company or any of its Associated Companies or employ or offer to employ any person who is or was at any time during the period of twelve months expiring on the Termination Date an employee of or a consultant and/or provider of information to the Company, any of its Associated Companies or the Firm.

For a period of three (3) months after the termination of employment with the Company, Executive will not hire or attempt to hire any employee of the Company, or assist in such hiring by anyone else, to work as an employee or independent contractor with any business that is competitive with that in which the Company was engaged or planned to engage on the date of the Executive's termination from the Company.
ENTICEMENT. 14.1.Xxxx corp undertakes it shall not without THE CLIENT's prior written consent, either during or within twelve (12) months after completion of the Assignment or termination of this Agreement, whichever is the later, engage employ or otherwise solicit for employment any person who, during the relevant period, was an employee or consultant of THE CLIENT or of THE CLIENT's customer or of any nominee as the case may be.
ENTICEMENT. The terms of employment for SKyPRO employees are not influenced by the assignment at the customer. The customer commits hereby, not to contract employment, or enter into a corresponding legal relationship with a SKyPRO employee, during this service contract and for one year thereafter, without written agreement from SKyPRO. In case of violation, the customer is obliged to pay a compensation to SKyPRO of CHF 50,000 for each single case, in terms of a contract penalty. The assertion of further claims remains reserved.
