Ensure that. (i) all equipment, software, documentation, information and personnel required for the performance of such Empirix Professional Services is made available to Empirix on a timely basis, and (ii) all Reseller personnel assigned to assist Empirix are familiar with the requirements of Reseller or its customer, as the case may be, and have the expertise and capabilities necessary to permit Empirix to undertake and complete the Empirix Professional Services. Empirix’s employees shall not be required to communicate in any language other than English.
Ensure that. (i) any Registration Statement and any amendment thereto and any Prospectus forming part thereof and any amendment or supplement thereto complies in all material respects with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder; (ii) any Registration Statement and any amendment thereto does not, when it becomes effective, contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading; and (iii) any Prospectus forming part of any Registration Statement and any amendment or supplement to such Prospectus, does not include an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading;
Ensure that. (i) All reasonable care is taken when driving and parking the Motorcycle.
Ensure that a. No Consumer is seated in any side or rear-facing seat (only forward facing seats);
Ensure that a) all Contracts for supply of services and material to an Eligible project (“Contracts”) will be awarded and managed in accordance with the Municipality’s relevant policies, procedures and resolutions, a copy of which will be provided to Saskatchewan in advance of Saskatchewan making payments to the Municipality; and
Ensure that a. Children under 8 years of age must be actively supervised by a responsible caregiver aged 18 years or over (actively supervised means watching your child/children at all times and able to provide immediate assistance);
