Enrollment Period. Each Member shall be enrolled with a Contractor subject to meeting applicable Medicaid eligibility requirements. Enrollment with the Contractor begins at 12:01 a.m. on the first calendar day of the first calendar month for which the Member's name appears on the Member Listing Report, and is automatically renewed for twelve (12) months unless the Member becomes ineligible for the program and is disenrolled. The Division shall provide Members with open enrollment periods in accordance with program enrollment requirements and the length of Member enrollment. The first ninety (90) days following a Member’s initial Enrollment will be an open Enrollment period during which the Member can enroll once with a different Contractor without cause. Members subject to either mandatory or optional Enrollment into MississippiCAN are subject to the enrollment requirements as outlined below:
