Enrollee Profile. Contractor shall use technology and processes that effectively integrate data from a variety of sources to profile, measure, and monitor Enrollee profiles. Profiles will include demographics, eligibility data, claims payment information, care opportunities, care gap alerts, and Enrollee preferences.
