Recognized Stock Exchange means any stock exchange agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties;
The Stock Exchange means the London Stock Exchange Limited;
recognised stock exchange means any stock exchange agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties;
Listed means an obligation that is quoted, listed or ordinarily purchased and sold on an exchange; and
Designated Stock Exchange means any United States national securities exchange on which the securities of the Company are listed for trading, including the Nasdaq Capital Market.
NYSE American means the NYSE American LLC;
Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.
Recognised Market means any stock exchange or market specified in the Prospectus provided that, with the exception of permitted investments in unlisted securities and off- exchange derivative instruments, investment in securities or financial derivative instruments will be made only in securities or financial derivative instruments listed or traded on an exchange or market (including derivative markets) which meets the regulatory criteria (regulated, operating regularly, recognised and open to the public) and which is listed in the Prospectus.
Regional means area of impact is less than "Statewide" but includes one or more regions of the state ("Northwest", Northeast", "Central", "Southwest", or "Southeast") other than the 11-county "Metro" region.
New York Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, Inc.
Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Approved Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ or such other stock exchange in the United States of America, the United Kingdom or Hong Kong as is approved in writing by the Facility Agent or, in each case, any successor thereto.

Quotation means the Bidder’s response made on the Quotation form set out on Part E of this RFQ with all appendices or addenda submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFQ;
Target Market “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

listed company means a company which has any of its securities listed on any recognised stock exchange;
Publicly Traded means listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or another national securities exchange or designated for quotation on the NASDAQ National Market, or any successor to any of the foregoing.

Marketplace means an online directory, catalog or marketplace of applications that interoperate with the Subscription Services.
NASDAQ means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.
spot market means any commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, as well as other non financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities.
London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;
securities dealer means a person or entity that is authorized under provincial legislation to engage in the business of dealing in securities or any other financial instruments or to provide portfolio management or investment advising services.
