Enhancements and Upgrades. Throughout the term of this Agreement, YPS will make available and provide any enhancements and upgrades to the products and services provided by YPS pursuant to this Agreement that are (i) required by the Enhancement and Upgrade Specifications attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D, or (ii) are made generally available to YPS’s customers. Upon thirty (30) days notice from YPS, Publisher will be responsible for any necessary acceptance testing of upgrades and enhancements prior to implementation by YPS. The products and services for which such enhancements and upgrades will be provided shall include, without limitation, the ListBoss Product, the PageBoss Product and the CityBoss Product, as well as the Rendering Programs. The Parties acknowledge that YPS’s listings manager software, which supports the ListBoss Product, has not been fully developed for use with the PageBoss Product and will not be offered to YPS’s customers until the summer of 2003. Until such development is completed, YPS will promptly perform any list management changes Publisher desires to make in the PageBoss Product at no additional charge to Publisher. YPS shall provide this PageBoss Product functionality enhancement to Publisher at the same time it is made available to YPS’s other customers, but in no event later than October 1, 2003. Publisher acknowledges that enhancements may not be made “retroactively” to existing online publications but would be implemented during the next issue activation online.
Enhancements and Upgrades. 2.1 Enhancements and Upgrades will be delivered to you the form of New Versions, Updates, and Patches to Tourplan NX.
Enhancements and Upgrades. During the initial maintenance period described above, Xxxxxxxxxx shall provide, at no additional charge beyond the royalties and other compensation payable hereunder, all Enhancements and Upgrades to the Licensed Software. During all subsequent periods in which USR subscribes for Support Services, Licensor shall have an option to also offer any Enhancements and Upgrades to the Licensed Software to USR upon terms and conditions not less favorable than those offered to any other of Licensor's Customers determined in accordance with Section 6.4 of this Agreement. USR shall be responsible for distributing such Enhancements and Upgrades to its customers who have purchased USR Hardware Platforms containing the Licensed Software.
Enhancements and Upgrades. During the Term of this License, Bonitasoft shall provide to Customer, free of additional charge , any and all enhancements and upgrades of the Bonitasoft Software that it makes generally available. Customer is responsible for installing and testing enhancements and upgrades; installation and testing services are available from Bonitasoft for an additional charge under a separate Bonitasoft Custom Services Agreement.
Enhancements and Upgrades. NiceLabel will provide periodic Enhancements and Upgrades to its Software. All such Enhancements and Upgrades shall be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Seller agrees to provide to Buyer, at no charge, all enhancements and upgrades to the Services customarily provided at no charge to other customers of Seller to enable Buyer to make optimum use thereof. Enhancements and upgrades that involve additional charges will be offered to Buyer at the same rates being offered to other similarly situated buyers.
Enhancements and Upgrades. 6.1 From time to time upgrades or enhancements may be introduced by XPEREDON. XPEREDON will advise Client of the changes and the Client will (where necessary) implement the changes. XPEREDON will not charge for any mandatory enhancements during the Term. The Client may opt to use upgrades or enhancements that are not mandatory subject to XPEREDON’s then applicable standard pricing
Enhancements and Upgrades. The Product is for the foreseeable future in a continuous development phase and will consequently be improved and upgraded periodically by the addition of Modules, add-ons or patches. This will happen without notification to you. The use and operation of the Product may be interrupted or compromised when improvements and upgrades take place. You will not be given the choice of whether or not to accept these improvements and upgrades. While we take every precaution to limit and remedy interruptions and errors expeditiously, they do happen and cause disruption of use. The Main User agrees to tolerate interruptions and the effect of errors while we are correcting them.
Enhancements and Upgrades. 6.2.1. 2GO shall develop enhancements, amendments and make timely changes to Go.ExchangeVS (in the context of HKEx ORION, AMS/3.8 and OAPI based trading systems) to comply with the changes dictated by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and its subsidiaries and regulatory changes as stipulated by regulatory bodies of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
