Enhanced Appointments Sample Clauses

The Enhanced Appointments clause establishes the right or mechanism for a party to appoint additional representatives, agents, or officials beyond the standard number typically allowed under an agreement. In practice, this may allow a company to designate extra board members, committee participants, or other key personnel to oversee or participate in certain activities. The core function of this clause is to provide greater flexibility and control in governance or management structures, ensuring that the appointing party can adequately represent its interests or respond to changing circumstances.
