Common use of English Version Clause in Contracts

English Version. This Agreement and its schedules have been written in English for the convenience of the parties hereto. If this Agreement and/or any schedule should be presented in a Peruvian Court or Arbitration Panel, the parties agree that a neutral sworn translator will provide a Spanish version.
