Engagement Termination. (a) This agreement confirms the basis upon which Employee has been engaged as an employee of the Company and the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products USA, Inc. following the Merger. Employee shall report to the President of the Language Technologies Division or such other Senior Executive Officer of the Company as the Company shall determine in its reasonable discretion.
