ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. This Agreement shall be valid for: (check one) ☐ - A Specified Period. For this Agreement to be valid, the Couple must legally marry by , 20 (“Engagement Period”). If the Couple does not marry during the Engagement Period, then this Agreement shall become void.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. That this Agreement shall commence on the date of its final execution and remain in effect, (unless earlier terminated under the provisions of this Agreement) on an ongoing basis for the period of two years.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the term of this agreement (the “Engagement Period”) shall commence on January 15, 2010 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) calendar months. Following expiration of the initial Engagement Period, this agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive Engagement Periods of 12 months each unless either party shall give the other written notice of its intent not to renew this agreement no later than 30 days prior to the expiration of any Engagement Period hereunder. The Company represents that it is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of organization and is duly qualified as a foreign corporation and in good standing in all jurisdictions in which the nature of its activities requires such qualification. The Company further represents to IRG: (1) that it has full power and authority to carry on its business as presently or proposed to be conducted and to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement; (2) that this Agreement has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate actions; and (3) that this Agreement constitutes the valid and binding obligation of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms (except as such enforcement may limited by bankruptcy, creditors’ rights laws or general principles of equity).
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement (the “Engagement Period”) shall commence on September 1, 2014 and shall continue until terminated by either party. The Company represents that it is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of organization and is duly qualified as a foreign corporation and in good standing in all jurisdictions in which the nature of its activities requires such qualification. The Company further represents to Chord: (1) that it has full power and authority to carry on its business as presently or proposed to be conducted and to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement; (2) that this Agreement has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate actions; and (3) that this Agreement constitutes the valid and binding obligation of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms (except as such enforcement may be limited by bankruptcy, creditors’ rights laws or general principles of equity).
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. The term of the Executive’s engagement by the Company pursuant to this Agreement (the “Engagement Period”) shall commence upon the Effective Date as set forth on Schedule A hereto (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue for that period of calendar months from the Effective Date as set forth on Schedule A hereto. Thereafter, the Engagement Period shall automatically renew for successive periods of one (1) year each, unless either party shall have given to the other at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of their intention not to renew the Executive’s engagement prior to the end of the Engagement Period or the then applicable renewal term, as the case may be. In any event, the Engagement Period may be terminated as provided herein.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. The Company hereby engages Consultant, and Consultant hereby accepts such engagement, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, for the period (the “Term”) beginning on the date hereof and ending on the third anniversary of this agreement, unless extended by the parties (“Termination Date”) except for those sections that are to survive the termination of this agreement. The Term may be further extended by mutual written agreement.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. The initial term during which the Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement, shall continue until April 30, 2005 (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive six (6) month periods unless at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, or any renewal term, either party hereto notifies the other party in writing of his or its intention to terminate the Agreement (the “Engagement Period”). If such notice of termination is duly given, the Agreement shall terminate at the end of the then current term.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. Consultant's engagement by the Corporation hereunder shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue until December 31, 2001 (the "Initial Period"); provided, however, that the term of this engagement shall be automatically extended by an additional period of one year commencing as of December 31, 1999 and each December 31, thereafter, unless Consultant or the Corporation shall elect by written notice to the other given no later than September 30 of such calendar year that she or it does not wish the term of this Agreement to be so extended (the Initial Period together with any subsequent consulting period being referred to herein as the "Engagement Period"). The Engagement Period may be terminated, prior to its scheduled expiration date, as provided in Section 3.2 hereof. Upon termination of the Engagement Period pursuant to Sections 3.2.1 through 3.2.6 hereof, inclusive, Consultant will be released from any duties hereunder (except as set forth in Section 4 hereof) and the obligations of the Corporation to Consultant will be as set forth in Section 3.3 hereof.
ENGAGEMENT PERIOD. Unless earlier terminated herein in ----------------- accordance with Section 7 hereof, Xxxxxx'x engagement under this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and extend for a period (the "Engagement Period") ending on the date which is five (5) years after the Effective Date.
