Engagement of Personnel. Supplier shall ensure that all Supplier’s Personnel engaged to provide any part of the Supply comply with the provisions of the Agreement.

Company shall provide, manage, and transport all Personnel required in connection with the performance of the Work and of its obligations hereunder, including: (a) professional engineers licensed to perform engineering services in each jurisdiction where the performance of the Work requires such licensing; (b) Company’s Project Manager, pursuant to Section 2.11.1; (c) lead project engineer, field engineers, and cost and schedule engineers; and (d) supervisors for the Work, all of whom shall have experience with solar-powered electric generation equipment similar to the equipment (in technology and magnitude to the extent relevant to the Work being performed) necessary to construct the Work and who are competent to perform their assigned duties in a safe and secure manner. Company shall require its Subcontractors to adhere to the same standard with respect to their Personnel. Where required by Applicable Laws, Company shall employ only licensed Personnel in good standing with their respective trades and licensing authorities to perform engineering, design, architectural and other professional services in the performance of the Work. To the extent required by Applicable Laws and Prudent Solar Industry Practices, all Personnel shall have received formal documented training in their area of expertise and certification.
Engagement of Personnel. (a) Any Personnel engaged by the Agent must complete a background check to the Bank’s satisfaction and meet any standards as to qualifications, experience, training and personal attributes required by the Bank and any of its Related Bodies Corporate.

In providing the services hereunder, the Manager, may retain, employ or otherwise utilize individuals, or corporations providing or making available the services of individuals, including, to the extent reasonably possible, Ixxxxx Xxxxx, Lxxxxxx Xxxxx, Dxxxx Xxxxx and Gxxx Xxxxx. The Manager shall keep the Corporation reasonably informed of the individuals primarily utilized to provide the services required of the Manager hereunder from time to time.
Engagement of Personnel. Should any employee of the Service Provider be engaged by the Customer as an employee, consultant or similar within the period covered by this Agreement or within the calendar year following the termination of this Agreement then the Customer shall pay to the Service Provider a fee of 25% of the total remuneration, including benefits, of that individual in the first year of that person’s engagement by the Customer.

Should any employee of Onesys be engaged by the Customer within one calendar year of the date of the payment of the final element of the Order Value the Customer shall within one month pay to Onesys compensation in the form of a recruitment fee of 25% of the relevant employee’s salary, fees and benefits as contracted between the employee and the Customer
