Enforcement of the Lease. The acceptance of rent or failure to enforce any term in this lease is not a waiver of any of the Landlord’s rights. If a term in this lease is illegal, the rest of the lease remains in full force.

Enforcement of the Lease. The Agent is authorized to institute, in the Landlord’s name, all legal actions or proceedings for the enforcement of any lease term, for the collection of rent or other income from the Premises, or for the eviction or dispossession of tenants or other persons from the Premises. The Agent is authorized to sign and serve such notices as the Agent deems necessary for lease enforcement, including the collection of rent or other income after obtaining the landlords written consent. If the Agent deems legal action necessary, the Agent will obtain written authorization from the Landlord before retaining an attorney. The Landlord will be responsible for attorney fees associated with legal action involving the Premises.

The Agent is authorized to sign and serve such notices as the Agent deems necessary for lease enforcement, including the collection of rent or other income. Landlord shall be responsible for all expenses of such enforcement. Agent shall, on Landlord’s behalf, engage the services of legal counsel for enforcement actions. Landlord, however, reserves the right to replace counsel at any time, and agrees to provide Agent reasonable notice of such replacement, and further agrees to secure leave of court for substitution of counsel, as needed.
Enforcement of the Lease. The Manager is authorized to institute in the Landlord's name all legal actions or proceedings for the enforcement of any lease term for the collection of rent or other income from the Premises or for the eviction or dispossession of tenants or other persons on the Premises. The Manager is authorized to sign and serve such notices as the Manager and representative deemed necessary for lease enforcement including the collection of rent and or other income. If the Manager deems legal action is necessary the Landlord authorizes the Manager to obtain a legal representation at the Landlord's expense.
Enforcement of the Lease. AS/GSA, as a strict condition of this Agreement, shall enforce the terms of each and every lease entered into for the Space on behalf of UCSD, specifically including any lease provisions governing health and safety compliance, financial reporting and accountability, security, tax status compliance and insurance, and is in compliance with all provisions enumerated in section 4.b. if this Agreement.

  • Enforcement Costs If: (i) this Agreement is placed by the Buyer in the hands of an attorney for enforcement or is enforced by the Buyer through any legal proceeding; or (ii) an attorney is retained to represent the Buyer in any bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership or other proceedings affecting creditors' rights and involving a claim under this Agreement; or (iii) an attorney is retained to represent the Buyer in any other proceedings whatsoever in connection with this Agreement, then the Company shall pay to the Buyer, as incurred by the Buyer, all reasonable costs and expenses including attorneys' fees incurred in connection therewith, in addition to all other amounts due hereunder.

  • Enforcement of Rights Borrowers are jointly and severally liable for the Obligations and Bank may proceed against one or more of the Borrowers to enforce the Obligations without waiving its right to proceed against any of the other Borrowers.
