Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants. The Executive agrees and acknowledges that the remedies at law for any breach by the Executive of any provision of Section 9 or Section 10 of this Amended Agreement will be inadequate and that the Company shall be entitled to obtain injunctive relief against the Executive from a court of competent jurisdiction in the event of any breach of any provision of Section 9 or 10 of this Amended Agreement, in addition to seeking monetary damages as afforded by this Amended Agreement and applicable law.
