Enforcement of Restrictions and Covenants. Without waiver or limitation, COUNTY shall 7 be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief if BORROWER or any future owner defaults in the 8 performance or observance of any covenant or restriction set forth in this Agreement. COUNTY may 9 declare a default and accelerate the obligations, covenants and restrictions hereunder or take such other 10 action at law or in equity as may appear necessary or desirable to enforce the obligations, covenants and 11 restrictions hereunder.
