Common use of Enforcement Fees Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Fees. The Insured shall pay the Corporation, upon demand, all out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees on a solicitor and own client basis) incurred by or on behalf of the Corporation in connection with collecting any indebtedness of the Insured to the Corporation under this Contract.
