Common use of Enforcement Fees Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Fees. The prevailing party or parties in any action to enforce the Transaction Documents shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs and expenses from the non-prevailing party or parties incurred as a result of enforcement of the Transaction Documents and, as applicable, the collection of any amounts owed hereunder (whether in cash, equity or otherwise), including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.
