Common use of Energy Services Clause in Contracts

Energy Services. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, nothing herein shall prevent or restrict Purchaser from providing for its own transmission, energy management services, firming, balancing, or exchanging services or otherwise using or dispatching its Energy under this Agreement; provided, however, that such services, use or activities shall not affect any of the obligations of Purchaser under this Agreement.
