Common use of Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Endorsements. A policy endorsement is required listing all required additional insureds. The endorsement for CGL shall be at least as broad as the unmodified ISO additional insured endorsement CG 20 10 11/85 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage for products and completed operations. A waiver of subrogation in favor of City shall be endorsed to the policy using an unmodified Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery of Others to Us ISO CG 24 04 05 09, or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage.
