Endorsement. The Contractor must not claim that the State endorses its products or services. Contractor certifies that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred or suspended by the Federal government, the State, or any of the State’s departments, commissions, agencies, or political subdivisions. Contractor’s certification is a material representation upon which the Contract award was based. Contractor shall provide immediate written notice to the State’s Authorized Representative if at any time it learns that this certification was erroneous when submitted or becomes erroneous by reason of changed circumstances.
