In that case, upon request of the Owner of any Bond Outstanding at such effective date and presentation of his Bond for that purpose at the Principal Office of the Fiscal Agent or at such other office as the County may select and designate for that purpose, a suitable notation shall be made on such Bond. After the replacement of a L/C Issuer hereunder, the replaced L/C Issuer shall remain a party hereto and shall continue to have all the rights and obligations of a L/C Issuer under this Agreement with respect to Letters of Credit issued by it prior to such replacement, but shall not be required to issue additional Letters of Credit.

  • Execution and Delivery of Subsidiary Guarantees (a) To evidence its Subsidiary Guarantee set forth in this Supplemental Indenture, such Guaranteeing Subsidiary hereby agrees that a notation of such Subsidiary Guarantee substantially in the form of Exhibit F to the Indenture shall be endorsed by an officer of such Guaranteeing Subsidiary on each Note authenticated and delivered by the Trustee after the date hereof.
