Ending Price Sample Clauses
Ending Price is the average Price for the period of 20 trading days immediately preceding and including the final day of the Performance Period.
Ending Price. The average of the closing prices as quoted on the Nasdaq National Market for CFC Common Stock for the ten days in which CFC Common Stock was traded immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Ending Price. The term “Ending Price” means the average of the closing market prices of a company’s common stock on the principal exchange on which such stock is traded for the ninety (90) calendar day period ending with the last day of the Measurement Period, or if applicable, for the ninety (90) calendar day period ending with the Last Trading Day.
