Endeavours to complete Steps. The Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure (so far as each of them is legally able) that each of the Steps is taken and all Regulatory Consents are obtained as soon as possible, and in any event before the date which is nine months following the date of this Agreement (or such later date as Natpet and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may agree in writing).
