Common use of End User Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

End User Responsibilities. Except to the extent caused by NECAM breach of this Agreement, (a) End-User is responsible for all activities that occur under End-User account, regardless of whether the activities are authorized by End- User or undertaken by End-User, End-User employees or a third party (including your contractors, agents or users), and (b) NECAM and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to End-User account.
