End User Privacy. LICENSOR agrees that with respect to Location Information, it will, and it will ensure that the Information Service will, (i) comply with the Location Based Services Developer’s Privacy Guide attached as Schedule 3, (ii) comply with AT&T’s Privacy Policy, currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/privacy, (iii) comply with AT&T security requirements, the current version of which is attached as Exhibit H (“Security Requirements”), and (iv) comply with the Terms of Use, provided LICENSOR is provided with written notice of any changes to such policies, terms and requirements.
End User Privacy. With respect to End User Data you obtain through us, you will comply with our Privacy Statement and all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including those applying to Personal Information and PHI that you may have access to by virtue of the Fullscript API or Services or that we may supply to you at the direction of the End User (i.e. data mapping to your Application).
End User Privacy. All information collected or otherwise obtained by Licensee from end users shall be in compliance with Licensee's privacy policy disclosed to end users and applicable laws. For the avoidance of any doubt, Licensee shall have the right to disclose usage data and streaming data to applicable advertisers.
End User Privacy. To enable Sponsor’s payment obligations hereunder, and so that Sponsor is able to verify End Users eligible for Sponsorship, Comcast may disclose Comcast Personal Information of End Users to Sponsor. “Comcast Personal Information” means any information provided by Comcast to Sponsor that relates to or describes an individual or household, including any such data that is linked or linkable to an individual, household, or device. Without limiting the foregoing definition of “Comcast Personal Information,” the Comcast Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, End User name, address, phone number, Service account number and amount of monthly charges shown in an invoice and related to an End User. Sponsor may not (a) Sell Comcast Personal Information; (b) retain, use, or disclose Comcast Personal Information for any purpose other than for the specific purposes set forth in this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement “Sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, Comcast Personal Information by one entity to another for monetary or other valuable consideration.
End User Privacy. Customer’s use of the Services in the Customer Application will comply with applicable privacy laws, including laws regarding Services that store and access Cookies on End Users’ devices. Customer will comply with the then-current Consent Policy at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/about/company/user-consent-policy.html, if applicable.
End User Privacy. Customer’s use of the Services in the Customer Application will comply with applicable privacy laws, including laws regarding Services that store and access Cookies on End Users’ devices. If the Services are made available through the Customer Application to End Users in the European Economic Area, Customer will comply with the then-current EU End User Consent Policy at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/about/company/user-consent-policy.html.
End User Privacy. Except with respect to geographic coordinate information, RouteSmart does not require access to Personal Information for Integrator to integrate RaaS in an Integrator Application. To the extent that an Integrator will collect and/or process Personal Information in connection with its Integrator Application(s), including where RaaS is integrated into the Integrator Application(s), Integrator is the controller of such Personal Information and shall comply with all applicable privacy and data security laws, including laws regarding services that store and access Cookies on End Users’ devices. Integrator will not share Personal Information with RouteSmart; (b) End User Location Privacy Requirements. To safeguard End Users’ location privacy, Integrator will ensure that the Integrator Application(s): (i) notify End Users in advance of (1) the type(s) of data that Integrator intends to collect from the End Users or the End Users’ devices, and (2) the combination and use of End User's location with any other data provider's data; and (ii) will not obtain or cache any End User's location except with the End User's express, prior, revocable consent. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. RouteSmart cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our on-line products and services and you do so at your own risk. RouteSmart values its relationship with its customers and uses commercially available technology to safeguard any information, including Personal Information collected through the Services. Nevertheless, the internet is an open medium and no data transmission through the internet is completely secure, As such, RouteSmart does not guaranty or warranty the security of Personal Information, and RouteSmart assumes no responsibility or associated liability for access to, use, and/or storage and/or security of Personal Information that you may elect to transmit. You transmit Personal Information at your own risk. Unless you purchase storage services in another jurisdiction (as stated in your Quotation), any Personal Information transmitted by or through you is stored in the United States, regardless of your country of origin and your connection to the Services is through and to servers located in the United States. Unless you have purchased extra-territorial storage services, any Personal Information you provide will be processed and maintained in the United States, pursuant to Unit...
End User Privacy. Q Point will not monitor, edit, review or disclose the contents of any GDX workspace without End User’s prior permission, unless: a) as required by law; b) in compliance with legal authorities or during any legal proceeding; c) to enforce this Agreement; d) to respond to any good faith belief or claim that any of its contents violates the rights or interests of any third party or violates this Agreement; and/or e) to protect the rights and/or property of Q Point, its licensors or any other third party. As an End User, you acknowledge and agree that sharing of your GDX workspace content with other users is a feature of the Service, and you are responsible for setting and maintaining the proper sharing controls.
End User Privacy. Virtual ISP hereby represents and warrants that any End User information provided by Virtual ISP to C&W USA is: (i) authorized by the End User(s) for dissemination to C&W USA, and (ii) provided in lawful compliance with any applicable consumer privacy laws, including, without limitation, consumer safety laws for the applicable jurisdiction, foreign privacy laws, as well as any private agreements between Virtual ISP and End Users. Virtual ISP shall protect, indemnify, and hold harmless C&W USA and its officers, directors, employees, agents and third party suppliers along with any parties from whom C&W USA obtains network services from and against any loss, cost, claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to End Users and third parties, relating to or arising Virtual ISP's failure to maintain End User information in compliance with all applicable privacy laws and agreements. C&W USA shall not provide End User account or other information to third parties except in compliance with an order issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
End User Privacy. In respect of any Application developed using the Software, you must protect the privacy rights of end-users and you must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
