End User Obligations. End User shall designate one individual to communicate directly with Licensor on the End User’s behalf and to whom all Licensor communications concerning the Agreement may be addressed (such individual will be known as the “End User Contact”). End User shall cooperate with Licensor, including by making available management decisions, information, approvals and acceptances, as reasonably requested by Licensor to the extent required to permit Licensor to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities hereunder. The End User Contact or his or her designate will be the principal point of contact for obtaining such decisions, information, approvals and acceptances. Only personnel as expressly so designated by the End User Contact will be authorized to make commitments on the part of End User that would amend the Agreement. End User shall, to the extent it is able, provide reasonable notice to Licensor of anticipated material changes that could increase, decrease, or otherwise impact the resources needed to permit Licensor to provide the BDR Services. If End User is unable to provide reasonable notice of such material changes, then the Parties shall mutually determine the impact of such material changes on the BDR Services, and mutually agree upon such adjustments as may be appropriate. End User shall install the Licensed Software on its own servers protected by industry standard administrative, technical and physical security procedures and policies to protect the Licensed Software from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
End User Obligations. 4.1 The End-User shall keep a complete and accurate audit trail of all financial and non-financial transactions relating to this Licence Agreement and shall retain the same for a period of six (6) years. The End-User shall grant the Solutions Provider and/or Royal Mail and/or their agents reasonable accompanied access upon reasonable prior notice, during working hours, to its premises, accounts and records relevant to this Licence Agreement for the purposes of verifying and monitoring the End-User’s compliance with its obligations under this Licence Agreement (the “Audit”) and shall provide all reasonable cooperation and assistance in relation to the Audit. Royal Mail shall not carry out an Audit more than once in any twelve (12) month period except where it reasonably suspects that the End-User has failed to comply with any of its obligations under this Licence Agreement.

End User agrees to: (i) make all agreed-upon payments to Microshare in a timely manner, (ii) comply with all laws applicable to End User’s conduct, (iii) use reasonable security precautions, as determined by the manner in which End User uses the Platform, (iv) cooperate with Microshare’s investigation of security issues, outages, problems, and any suspected breach of this Platform License or violation of the law, and (vi) notify Microshare immediately if End User suspects unauthorized use or abuse of any Sensors managed or monitored for End User by Microshare.
End User Obligations. 5.1 Each End User Authorised User and the End User Administrator shall be subject to the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy. The End User shall take all necessary steps to ensure that each End User Authorised User and End User Administrator complies with the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The End User shall cooperate with Licensor’s reasonable requests in connection with providing the Maintenance Services, including, without limitation, by providing Licensor with timely access to data, information and personnel of the End User. The End User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided to Licensee in connection with the Maintenance Services.
End User Obligations. 6.1. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your user account, and for your own computer hardware and software, and for the security of your own computer networks, internet and telecommunication services.

By accessing, using and/or registering for the Service, you agree to: a) provide true, accurate, complete and current user information as requested by Q Point at any time; b) promptly and regularly update your user information to maintain it's accuracy and completeness; c) provide for your own access to the Internet and pay any fees or costs relative to such access that is required to access the Service; d) provide all necessary equipment and/or materials necessary for you to make such connection to the Internet in order to access, use and/or register for the Service. By providing any user information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete and/or not current, Q Point reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, in whole or in part, by you. On occasion, we may ask you to sign an affidavit verifying the fact that your user information and/or part declarations are accurate.
