END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS FOR THE DOWNLOADABLE APP. To be agreed to by End User prior to use of the downloadable app Ownership You acknowledge and agree that a third party provider or licensor to your financial services provider Licensor is the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the downloaded software to be used for access to mobile banking services from your financial services provider and the computer programs contained therein in machine readable object code form as well as any accompanying user documentation along with all subsequent copies, updates or versions thereof which are made available to you if any, regardless of the media or form in which they may exist collectively the Software.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS FOR THE DOWNLOADABLE APP. This End User License Agreement (License Agreement) grants you the limited right to install, access, and use the Downloadable App on a personal Device owned or controlled by you, solely for your own personal, non- commercial use. In the event any term of the License Agreement conflicts with any term of the CIT Bank Agreement for Personal Accounts or Mobile Banking Services Terms of Use, the License Agreement shall control to the extent of any conflict.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
