End User Interfaces. 12.3.19.1 CLEC will be responsible for all interactions with its end users including service call handling and notifying its end users of trouble status and resolution. 12.3.19.2 All Qwest employees who perform repair service for CLEC end users will be trained in non-discriminatory behavior.
