Employment Reporting. The Contractor certifies that it shall comply with the requirements of 820 ILCS 405/1801.1, concerning newly hired employees.
Employment Reporting. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. Owner will prepare, execute, and file for itself all forms, reports, and returns required by law in connection with the employment of personnel, including unemployment insurance, worker's compensation insurance, disability benefits, social security, and other similar insurance, benefits or taxes now in effect or hereafter imposed.
Employment Reporting. The Company shall employ the Executive as its Chief Financial Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. Borrower will provide or cause to be provided verified annual job reporting and employment documentation, acceptable to the Director of Economic Development in its reasonable discretion, and allow access by the Department of Economic Development for verification of employment and payroll.
Employment Reporting. The Company shall cause Marsh to employ the Executive as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. The Company shall cause Xxxxx, Inc. (“Marsh”) to employ the Executive as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of MMC (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. The Company shall employ the Executive (i) as Executive Vice President and (ii) effective no later than March 31, 2006, as its Chief Financial Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as its President and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such continued employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (the “MMC CEO”) of Xxxxx & McLennan Companies, Inc. (“MMC”).
Employment Reporting. Subject to Section 6.05(a) of the Purchase Agreement, consistent with the Leased Employees being employees of GHI during the Leasing Period, GHI shall respond during the Leasing Period to all questions and inquiries from any Governmental Authority, Leased Employee, or any other Person regarding payroll and employment data and history relating to the Leased Employees for periods prior to the end of the Leasing Period. If MDx receives any such questions or inquiries directly, it shall refer such questions and inquiries to GHI. MDx is not authorized to make any responses or provide any information in response to those inquiries or questions.
