Release of Employment Claims Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the termination payments and benefits provided for in this Section 4, that he/she will execute a release agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, releasing any and all claims arising out of Executive’s employment.
Employment Relations The Company is in compliance with all Federal, state or other applicable laws, domestic or foreign, respecting employment and employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours, and has not and is not engaged in any unfair labor practice.
Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Upon request to their immediate supervisor, records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, sick leave accrued and vacation accrued.
Employment Conditions Staff employed on the twilight shift shall be subject to the following employment conditions:
Employment of Others The company may from time to time request that the consultant arrange for the services of others. All costs to the consultant for those services will be paid by the company but in no event shall the consultant employ others without the prior authorization of the company.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees The Executive agrees not to solicit the services of any officer or employee of the Employer for one year after the Executive’s employment termination.
Employment Condition The Participant must be employed by the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year, irrespective of whether he satisfies any Hours of Service condition under Option (d), with the following exceptions: (Choose (1) or at least one of (2) through (5))
Employment Records Operator is responsible for maintaining the employment records for all School Personnel.
Post-Employment Restrictions 17.1 For the duration of your employment with the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months after the termination thereof for any cause, you shall not:
EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS The ORGANIZATION, its employees, volunteers or agents performing under this Agreement are not deemed to be employees of the COUNTY, nor volunteers or agents of the COUNTY in any manner whatsoever. No officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the ORGANIZATION will hold themselves out as, or claim to be, an officer, employee, volunteer or agent of the COUNTY by reason hereof, nor will they make any claim, demand or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer, employee volunteer or agent of the COUNTY. The parties agree that the COUNTY will not be responsible for the payment of any industrial insurance premiums or related claims or other benefits that may arise during the performance of services under this Agreement for any ORGANIZATION employee or volunteer, or for any consultant’s, contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee(s) or agent(s) that has been retained by the ORGANIZATION.
