Employment Pool. A. All personnel who are not recommended for retention in accordance with these administrative procedures shall be non-renewed and placed in an employment pool for 2 contract years, for possible reemployment. Senior employment pool employees will be given the opportunity to fill open positions for which they are qualified under Section 4.
