EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 1.1 For and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned, to be made and performed by the Owner, the Contractor hereby agrees with the Owner to commence and complete the construction described in Paragraph 1.2.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 1.01. The City hereby engages the Contractor and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform the Services hereinafter set forth in Article 2. The parties agree that this Agreement specifically incorporates by reference each of the recitals set forth in the Whereas paragraphs above.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. PVTA hereby engages the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the services described in the SCOPE OF WORK for the management, operation and maintenance of the PVTA transportation projects.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: US Hwy 380 Median Mowing and Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: RFP 2023-27-A Custodial Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. 3.1 MOORHEAD and DILWORTH hereby engage the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the services hereinafter described in the connection with the supervision, management, and operation of Metro Senior Ride Service and the lease of vehicle(s) to be used in the operation of said services for residents of MOORHEAD and DILWORTH.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Tree Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Median Nose Marking System (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Seniors In Motion Lunch Program (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR. The Town agrees to retain the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide services relative to: Various Flags & Accessories Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in connection with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract Documents, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
