Common use of Employment of Executive Clause in Contracts

Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.

The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice PresidentChief Executive Officer for the term of this Agreement, Chief Technology Officer and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.

Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Print and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.

Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Marketing and Communications, and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.

The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Consumer Marketing and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 7 hereof.

Employment of Executive. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as its Senior Vice PresidentPresident and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement for a period beginning on the Effective Date and terminating on April 26, 2005, subject to earlier termination pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 hereof.
